    All products purchased from TYM Lighting (excluding free gift bulbs) come with a 3-year limited warranty, effective from the date you receive your order.

    Warranty Coverage

    We provide free repair or replacement of defective parts for issues arising from manufacturing flaws or non-human damage within the warranty period. For severely damaged products, we offer full product replacement free of charge. Shipping fees caused by non-quality issues shall be borne by the customer.

    Warranty Exclusions

    The warranty does not apply to damage or malfunctions resulting from the following situations:
    • Improper installation, use or maintenance by the customer
    • Man-made damage, accidental collision or improper handling
    • Damage caused by natural disasters, environmental factors or third-party reasons
    • Free gift bulbs and other consumable accessories
    • Products that have been disassembled, modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel

    Warranty Claim Process

    Contact our customer service via casailighting@gmail.com, provide your order number, and attach photos or videos of the faulty product with a detailed description.
    Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide corresponding solutions including return information if applicable.
    Please follow our instructions to return defective items. TYM Lighting will cover relevant shipping fees for confirmed quality issues.

    Important Notes

    This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
    TYM Lighting reserves the right of final interpretation of this warranty policy, in compliance with relevant international regulations.
