Return and Refund Policy
We strive to deliver a satisfying shopping experience and offer two return categories: returns for quality issues and voluntary returns by customers. Both types of returns are acceptable within 30 calendar days after you receive the products. All items except bulbs are covered by a 3-year limited warranty.
Return Conditions
If you return products voluntarily without quality issues, you shall bear all return shipping fees, which depend on your chosen courier.
If returns are caused by our faults, such as damaged or incorrect items upon arrival, TYM Lighting will cover all shipping costs.
Important Notes
Items with quality defects qualify for free returns within 30 days; no extra fees will be charged.
For voluntary returns, you need to pay return shipping fees plus a 10% restocking fee calculated based on the original product price.
We provide free replacement for products damaged due to quality issues after delivery.
Non-Qualifying Free Return & Exchange
- Requests submitted more than 30 calendar days after product receipt.
- Voluntary returns for items that have been installed, used or are not kept in original condition and packaging.
- Free gift bulbs are excluded from the return and exchange service.
Return Process
Step 1: Submit Return Request
Contact our customer service via casailighting@gmail.com and state your return reason (attach photos or videos if needed). Do not ship items before approval. We will refuse refunds for unauthorized direct shipments. After approval, we will send you the return address and relevant details.
Step 2: Repackage Goods
Please pack the items properly with all original packaging. Make sure products are unused, undamaged and kept in original condition.
Step 3: Ship the Package
Take photos of the package interior and exterior for record before shipping. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.
You need to prepay shipping fees first. TYM Lighting will reimburse the shipping cost if the return is due to quality problems. If you require signature confirmation upon delivery, please confirm your courier supports this service.
After shipment, send the shipping receipt and tracking number to casailighting@gmail.com. Please attach damage details if the items are defective.
Refund Processing
We will inspect the returned items upon receipt.
- For confirmed quality issues: Full refund will be issued within 10 business days.
- For voluntary returns: We will deduct return shipping fees and the 10% restocking fee from the original price before processing the refund.
All refunds will be issued via your original payment method:
- PayPal: Funds arrive within 1–2 business days.
- Debit / Visa Card: Funds arrive within 7–10 business days.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund is completed. You may contact your bank for updates if needed.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours after placement. Cancellation is unavailable once the order has been dispatched. If you no longer need the items after receipt, you may submit a return request following the above rules (return shipping fees and restocking fee apply).
Product Exchange
An exchange is treated as a return plus a new purchase, and shall comply with all return policies above.
Reminder
We will not process any refund until we receive and inspect the returned products. Refunds will be denied if we fail to receive the items due to customer reasons or courier disposal.
Damaged & Defective Items
Please notify us within 48 hours after receiving the package for transit damage. We offer free replacement of defective parts or full products for severe damage, subject to the return process above.
